Kia ora!

I am Kelsey, a Registered Clinical Psychologist in Ōtepoti (Dunedin). My clinical background is rooted in specialist mental health services, with a primary focus on children, adolescents, and young adults, although I have also worked in adult mental health services throughout my career. I am currently also working at the University of Otago in the Student Health Centre. My work across the lifespan has given me a broad expertise on a variety of presentations, but I hold a particular interest in: anxiety, OCD, low mood, neurodevelopmental assessments (ASD and ADHD), and cognitive and learning assessments. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies tailored to each clients unique needs, and I am formally trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I value an authentic, warm and collaborative approach to care.

When I am not working, I love exploring Dunedin’s many beautiful beaches with my family, playing board games, doing jigsaw puzzles, cuddling with my cat (Scallywag), and dabbling in tap dancing.
